Women and Vitamins

"Some Common vitamin supplements could increase death risk, study finds."  So says the headline on MSNBC.com telling the story of a recent study conducted by the University of Minnesota.  As usual, the media has a tendency to hyperbole and sensationalism.  The study isn't quite as damning as the media would lead you to believe.

Rather than re-invent the wheel, here's a link to a blog post by Dr. Jonny Bowden- a nutritionist whose work I read often and respect.  Check out his critique of the study (and the media coverage of it):
